New York Child Resource Center, Inc., a prominent Early Intervention provider in New York City, is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator, or aspiring Early Childhood Educator, to join our team. The successful candidate would help to teach and facilitate occupational and speech therapy groups for children aged 2-3 on the autism spectrum alongside a licensed speech or occupational therapist.
Qualifications:
-All candidated must be either certified in, or working towards, a certification in Early Childhood Education. Masters students are welcome!!
- Previous experience working with students, preferably in special education or daycare settings, is strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for working with children and fostering their growth
We currently have positions avilable at our Upper Manhattan, Bronx and Brooklyn locations. Hours are 7:45-3:30, Monday through Friday. Candidates must be available for the entire schedule.
Salary begins at $40,000 and is flexible commensurate with experience.
