About the Position
We are currently hiring 2 experienced OTR Box Truck Drivers for a 26-foot air-ride box truck operation. We have both CDL and Non-CDL driver opportunities available.
Drivers will operate primarily Over-the-Road (OTR) and are responsible for safely transporting freight to customers and maintaining accurate driving and duty-status records.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dependable, safety-conscious driver looking for consistent OTR work without having to pay for truck fuel or maintenance.

Driver Responsibilities
- Safely operate a 26-foot box truck on OTR routes
- Pick up and deliver freight according to dispatch instructions
- Conduct required pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain the truck in a clean and safe operating condition
- Properly secure and protect cargo
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, shippers, receivers, and customers
- Maintain accurate ELD records/logbook and hours-of-service information
- Submit required delivery documents, including bills of lading and proof of delivery
- Immediately report accidents, delays, mechanical issues, cargo damage, or other incidents
- Follow all applicable DOT, FMCSA, and company safety requirements
Driver Requirements
- Valid driver's license appropriate for the truck being operated
- CDL drivers: Valid CDL and required qualifications
- Non-CDL drivers: Valid driver's license and eligibility to operate a non-CDL 26-foot box truck under applicable regulations
- Clean and responsible driving record preferred
- Previous box truck, freight, delivery, or OTR experience preferred
- Ability to pass required background and driving-record checks
- Ability to pass applicable drug/alcohol testing requirements
- Ability to use an ELD and smartphone for communication and documentation
- Reliable, professional, and safety-oriented
- Must be willing to stay OTR for assigned routes

Important Compensation Information
Driver compensation is based on 20% of each completed load. Fuel/diesel and truck maintenance are handled by the company.
