As a Shift Leader, you will lead shifts within a specific area of the restaurant, help coach team members, and gain hands-on experience preparing for future advancement into higher leadership roles.

Compensation:
- Starting at $18-$22.50/hr, depending on experience and availability

Responsibilities:
- Lead shifts within an assigned area of the business
- Ensure smooth daily operations and excellent guest service
- Coach and support team members during shifts
- Help maintain speed, accuracy, cleanliness, and food safety standards
- Assist with opening, closing, and shift transitions
- Solve real-time challenges with professionalism and urgency
- Support leaders in building a strong team culture
Qualifications:
- Restaurant or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and people skills
- Dependable, energetic, and coachable
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work evenings and weekends
- Professional appearance standards required
