As a sales consultant, you'll meet with qualified homeowners, evaluate their painting projects, prepare professional estimates, and confidently guide customers through the decision-making process. You'll receive training, proven sales systems, and the support needed to maximize your success.
What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners to assess interior and exterior painting projects.
- Prepare accurate, professional estimates using company systems.
- Build trust through consultative, relationship-focused sales.
- Present solutions and confidently ask for the sale.
- Follow up on outstanding opportunities and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
- Work closely with production to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development.
