In this role, youwon'tjust post jobs or manage tools; you arethe executorwho will build the engine that attracts our future workforce. You will haveresponsibilityforour recruitment advertising, programmatic media spend, and candidate CRM strategy, while partnering closely with our Culture and Employee Brand teams to make our social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) and Glassdoor presence elite. You willbe responsible forboth the roadmap and the hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Strategy, Building & Deployment:Act as the strategic architect and primary operator of our Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platform. You will design overarching multi-touch candidate nurture journeys, segment talent pools (e.g., silver-medalists, passive talent, alumni), write the copy, build the automated workflows, and deploy the campaigns. You own the process frominitialconcept to hit "send."
Social Media & Content Partnership:Collaborate directly with the internal Culture and Corporate Brand teams to co-create authentic, high-impact content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
Reputation Management (Glassdoor & Beyond):Own our presence on Glassdoor,Indeed, and other employer review sites. Monitor reviews, draft authentic company responses, and leverage insights to continuously improve our employer reputation.
Data & Analytics:Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment marketing metrics (e.g., cost-per-application, CRM open/conversion rates, social media growth, and source-of-hire). Use data to pivot strategies in real-time.
Job Qualifications
Hands-on experience building and deploying workflows within Candidate CRMs (e.g.,Beamery, Gem, Phenom) and managing Programmatic Job Advertising tools (e.g.,Appcast,Recruitics) preferred.
