- The Assistant Project Manager will report to a Project Manager and support multiple phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Assist with project administration, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and construction documentation
- Support budgeting, cost tracking, procurement activities, and contract administration
- Coordinate with architects, owners, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are achieved
- Help monitor project schedules and identify potential risks impacting delivery timelines
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on progress, costs, and outstanding items
- Maintain accurate project records and ensure timely document control
- Support project closeout activities and turnover documentation
