What we are looking for:
We are looking to hire an associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience at a small to mid-size law firm that is looking to take their career to the next level and grow into a Partner-role within our firm.
Responsibilities:
- Work with clients in commercial and residential real estate transactions, estate planning, estate administration, and business services;
- Consult with clients and understand the details and merits of their case;
- Draft accurate and complete documents that protect our client’s interests;
- Monitor legal risk on behalf and for their clients;
- Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations;

Skills:
- Familiarity with Office 365, Lackner, SoftPro, and general office systems/process.
Requirements:
- The candidate must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
- Proven experience practicing as an Attorney within our areas of practice.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Capacity to regulate and perform under stress.

Compensation:
NOTE: We will pay a competitive wage that is commensurate with attorney's experience and originations.
