Retail Customer Experience & Sales Representative
Intuitive Career Solutions Inc. is hiring a Retail Customer Experience & Sales Representative in Lansing, MI. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys working with people, building confidence in face-to-face conversations, and growing in a customer-focused sales environment.
This is an in-person retail-based position where you will assist customers with wireless, internet, and home service options. You will help answer questions, explain available services, support account setup, and create a positive customer experience.
Pay:
$16–$20 per hour based on experience
Additional performance-based earnings may be available but are not guaranteed.
What You’ll Do:
Greet and assist customers in a retail setting
Provide information on wireless, internet, and home service options
Answer customer questions clearly and professionally
Help customers compare service options and complete account setup
Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-first attitude
Work with the team to support daily sales and service goals
Build communication, leadership, and customer interaction skills
What We’re Looking For:
Customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurant, wireless, sales, or management experience is helpful
Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face
Strong communication and people skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Reliable, professional, and coachable
Interest in growth, sales, leadership, or management development
