American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Medical Infusion position requiring strong IV placement skills and recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 Trauma experience.

Work in a fast-paced ambulatory infusion setting
-
Care for adult and pediatric patients receiving a broad range of non-oncology intravenous and injectable therapies
-
Administer biologic medications, IVIG, immunotherapies, specialty infusions, hydration, blood products, and other complex treatment regimens
-
Day shift schedule with 5x8-hour shifts

13 or 26-week contract options available

Active RN license (NH or Compact) required

Current BLS certification required

Recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 Trauma experience within the last 2 years required

Previous infusion experience required

Strong IV placement and management skills required

Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and review treatment plans and clinical parameters

Administer medications and provide ongoing patient monitoring

Manage infusion and injection-related reactions
-
Provide patient education and coordinate care
-
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
-
Serve as a key member of the interdisciplinary team ensuring safe treatment delivery and effective patient flow
