Responsibilities
- Wash, wax, polish, and buff vehicles to dealership standards
- Clean and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors
- Vacuum carpets, seats, floor mats, and cargo areas
- Clean interior and exterior glass surfaces
- Apply tire dressing and clean wheels, wheel wells, and trim components
- Clean engine compartments when required
- Prepare new and used vehicles for customer delivery
- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and presentation quality
- Utilize specialized cleaning products and detailing equipment safely and effectively
- Maintain detailing supplies, tools, and equipment
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Assist with lot presentation and vehicle merchandising as needed
- Follow dealership safety procedures and report any safety concerns immediately
- Deliver exceptional quality and attention to detail on every vehicle
Qualifications
- Previous automotive detailing experience is a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to follow instructions and established processes
- Customer service mindset and professional demeanor
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a physically active environment
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening
