Job Summary
Eleven Eleven OKC is seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will craft and serve a variety of beverages, provide exceptional customer service, and create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure every guest has a memorable experience. Whether mixing classic cocktails or recommending specialty drinks, you’ll be the heart of the bar area, fostering a lively and engaging environment.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using Toast POS system.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards.
- Manage cash handling, cashiering, and POS transactions with precision, ensuring accurate billing and payments.
- Restock bar supplies, monitor inventory levels, and place orders as needed to ensure seamless service.
- Assist with food service duties when required, including serving food items during busy periods or catering events.
- Uphold responsible alcohol service policies, checking IDs, and monitoring guest consumption for safety.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar food service role; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with Toast POS System is highly desirable.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and calculating bills accurately.
- Experience in the food industry, including catering or restaurant environments, is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
