Job Summary
Christian chiropractic practice is hiring for a part time office manager. This position averages 20-25 hours per week. Pay depends on experience and trainability, can increase over the first 3 months, and is re-evaluated annually. The position requires the following 3 to 4 in-person shifts per week, scheduled in advance, as well as approximately one hour of flexible work from home daily. Shift times approximate: Monday/Wednesday 3:15-7:15pm, Tuesdays hours vary, Thursdays 8:30am-1:30pm. You can look forward to three day weekends every week!

Duties
- Prioritize the patient experience above all else; build relationships, trust, and camaraderie
- Trustworthy, efficient, and responsible opening and closing of building
- Manage multiple lines of communication with patients and professionals simultaneously, to include in-person conversations, managing a busy multi-line telephone system, utilization of a computer based texting app, as well as social media inquires
- Operation of office management software system, to include scheduling patients, running reports, managing payment plans, emailing chart notes and superbills
- Oversee office inventory, supply orders, equipment maintenance schedules, and facility upkeep to ensure a well-functioning workspace
- Collect patient payments, make correct change, responsibility of accurately balanced cash drawer, accept rental payments, create receipts
- Upkeep calendar of rental rooms, staffing, and room/building key assignments
- Maintain accuracy through both electronic and written data records, as well as filing systems
- Assist with clerical tasks such as proofreading documents and managing correspondence to uphold high standards of accuracy
- Assist with weekly financial tasks via QuickBooks, Square, and various state and federal agency websites
- Manage daily office emails, and ensure timely follow-up on pending tasks
- Maintain up to date social media posts and engagement
- Take on various seasonal office projects to aid with holidays, redecorations, room turnovers, etc.
- Daily and weekly cleaning duties
- Occasional office errands
- Daily online correspondence from home to keep patient communications and schedule up to date
Qualifications
- Genuine connectivity and compassion with patients while maintaining professional boundaries and authority
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with familiarity with productivity software
- Demonstrated computer literacy including data entry, file management, and technical proficiency in office equipment and software
- Legible and neat handwriting
- Excellent communication skills in person, in writing style, spelling, and grammar, and over the phone
- Prior experience with multi-line phone systems, front desk operations, and customer support is highly desirable
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Personal assistance/support experience
- Humility, honesty, desire to serve others well
- Comfortability in an openly Christian facility
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
