Operations Manager | $90,000 - 110,000 annually + bonuses
Pronto Plumbing Heating AirDrains is seeking an Operations Manager to help lead and scale our established and growing residential service business throughout the Camp Hill and greater Harrisburg area.
This is a high-impact leadership role focused on improving operational performance, developing teams, driving accountability, and supporting continued growth while delivering a strong customer experience. You'll work closely with ownership and leadership in a hands-on environment where your decisions directly shape daily operations.
We're looking for a hands-on leader who understands residential home services, brings structure and consistency to operations, and motivates teams to perform at a high level while keeping day-to-day work running smoothly.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday with additional availability as needed
What You'll Do:

Oversee daily HVAC operations, scheduling, dispatch, and service delivery

Lead and develop technicians, dispatchers, and office staff to maintain a high-performing team

Monitor KPIs, revenue, profitability, and service quality to drive operational performance

Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and ongoing employee development

Manage technician scheduling and workflow to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction

Ensure operational standards, safety compliance, and customer experience expectations are consistently met

Coordinate inventory, job staging, and field readiness with warehouse and service teams

Partner with ownership on operational improvements, staffing, and growth initiatives

Help foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture
What We're Looking For:

Previous operations leadership experience in residential home services

Strong understanding of HVAC and/or plumbing service operations is highly valued

Experience managing or directly influencing P&L performance, budgeting, and operational profitability

Experience leading multiple departments or teams

Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills

Ability to hold teams accountable while maintaining a positive culture

Experience with Service Titan or similar field service software preferred

Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and improve operations
