Restaurant Floor Manager
About the Company:

We are located in Potrero Hill, San Francisco. We are a Peruvian style cuisine. Our restaurant offer a full bar, domestic and imported Peruvian beers and a hand selected wine list.
About the Role:
We are looking for an individual with at least 2-3 years of restaurant management experience. Prior experience working with a high-profile chef is a plus. The ideal candidate is a leader who is driven and motivated by exceeding expectations. You have a passion for working in the restaurant industry and believe that providing exceptional customer service is a standard. Responsibilities:
- Managing the Front of the House operation for 5 days a week
- Lead FOH staff to contribute to overall guest satisfaction and provide excellent customer service
- Attend to customer’s questions and needs nightly and as requested
- Overseeing maintenance and cleanliness of restaurant
- Managing all FOH personnel: scheduling, recruiting, training, and payroll reporting to Maintaining customer satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating, and auditing food, beverage and service offerings.
- Ensuring the overall efficiency of entire restaurant by enforcing policies and procedures
- Maintains safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures; complying with health and legal regulations; maintaining security systems.
- Preparing reports for the owners on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
- Maintaining acceptable costs of goods sold and labor percentages for restaurant
- Operations: answering emails, calls, and other tasks
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experienced with POS systems, Yelp, and OpenTable
- Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, and industry trends.
- Detail-oriented - high level of energy is a plus!
- Desire to face challenges and implement strategies to overcome those challenges.
- Your employment history and background has allowed you to work in every aspect of a restaurant operation
- Proficient with MS Office applications and Google Suite
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize in a fast-pace environment
- Proactive problem solver with the ability to take the reins on various projects and duties
