Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers, creating a welcoming and personalized experience
- Assist customers in finding and selecting jewelry pieces that meet their needs and preferences
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and new arrivals
- Support and contribute to social media content creation and online advertising efforts
- Help promote the brand through digital platforms and local marketing initiatives
- Demonstrate leadership qualities and take initiative in supporting team success
Requirements:
- Jewelry retail experience preferred
- Experience with social media platforms and advertising is strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of jewelry sales is a plus
- Leadership mindset with the potential and desire to grow into a management role
