Part-Time Transaction Coordinator Opportunity to Grow Into a Full-Time Role
Monarch Transaction Group is growing, and we are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Part-Time Transaction Coordinator who is interested in growing into a full-time role as our company and transaction volume continue to expand.
This position is a good fit for someone with real estate or transaction coordination experience who wants to continue building their knowledge, gain hands-on experience, and become a long-term member of a growing transaction management company.
The right candidate will begin by supporting current team members, learning Monarch’s systems and standards, and gradually taking ownership of assigned transaction files as their knowledge and confidence grow.
About the Role
The Part-Time Transaction Coordinator will assist with and manage residential real estate transactions from listing or contract through closing.
You will work closely with agents, clients, lenders, title companies, inspectors, vendors, and other parties to help keep each transaction organized, compliant, and moving forward.
Transaction assignments are based on current file volume, team needs, availability, and the coordinator’s readiness to manage each file successfully. Because real estate volume can fluctuate, a specific number of files, weekly hours, or level of income cannot be guaranteed.
Responsibilities
- Assist with file setup, document collection, and organization
- Manage assigned transactions from listing or contract through closing
- Review contracts, addenda, disclosures, and supplements for accuracy and OREC compliance
- Maintain complete and organized digital transaction files
- Help the Sr TC and Manager stay informed and on track throughout the transaction
- Identify possible concerns and bring them to the appropriate team member
- Prepare files and documents for compliance review and closing
- Provide additional team coverage as needed
Training and Team Support
This position will learn directly from Monarch’s Owner and Transaction Manager, as well as our Senior Transaction Coordinator.
While building toward an independent file load, the Part-Time Transaction Coordinator will support other team members with file preparation, system updates, document organization, compliance preparation, deadline tracking, and other transaction-related responsibilities.
This team-based training allows the coordinator to gain experience across different agents, transaction types, systems, and stages of the real estate process.
As the coordinator demonstrates consistency, accuracy, strong communication, and the ability to manage agent relationships, they will be trusted with additional responsibilities and independently assigned files.
Growth Opportunity
Our goal is to develop this position into a full-time Transaction Coordinator role as Monarch’s transaction volume grows and the coordinator is prepared to take on a larger file load.
Growth will be based on:
- Successful completion of training
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Dependability and follow-through
- Ability to manage deadlines and priorities
- Quality of communication
- Agent and client service
- Ability to independently manage assigned files
Qualifications
- Previous Transaction Coordinator experience is preferred
- Real estate experience is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with the residential contract-to-close process
- Working knowledge of OREC forms and compliance is helpful
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and changing priorities
- Comfortable learning and following established systems
- Dependable, proactive, and willing to ask questions
- Able to take direction while also working independently
- Willing to complete Monarch’s training and probationary period
- Interested in growing into a full-time Transaction Coordinator role
Experienced Transaction Coordinators, licensed real estate professionals, real estate assistants, and candidates with strong administrative real estate experience are encouraged to apply.

- Quiet, professional home workspace
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets
