As an Entry Level Team Member, you will help guide customer interactions, support team initiatives, and represent TruConnect services while creating professional and positive experiences.
What You'll Do as an Entry Level Team Member
- Lead customer engagement efforts by creating professional, positive, and memorable interactions.
- Represent TruConnect services and solutions with confidence while delivering exceptional customer support.
- Educate customers on available services, features, and enrollment options to help meet their needs.
- Support team members with daily operations, collaboration, and goal-focused activities.
- Maintain accurate customer records while following company standards and procedures.
- Contribute to improving customer experiences through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Develop valuable leadership, business, and team management skills through hands-on experience.
What We're Looking For in an Entry Level Team Member
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree is a plus.
