Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 Years of Previous Automotive Dealership Sales Management Experience Required. Hyundai Preferred
- Aggressive and Motivated Leader with Passion for Success, Customer Service, Training and Opportunity
- Meet monthly forecast for sales volume and sufficient gross to meet profit objectives
- Create and organize all sales activities for the Sales department
- Recruit, hire and develop a retail sales force
- Meet and Exceed Factory Sales and Customer Satisfaction Objectives
- Set the Highest Level of Professionalism for your Team
- Work with Finance Team to ensure Performance Metrics are Achieved
- Negotiate Pricing with Customers and Problem Solve
- Quality customer service, communication, computer and basic math skills
- Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
