Sales Assistant / Expeditor :
Assists OEM Account manager in maintaining accounts.
Functions include:
- Expedite customer orders
- Handle data entry of quotes, customer orders, internal stock builds, RFQ uploads to customer portal
- Assist with customer quality concerns
- Review customer Planning / forecasting schedules / floor inventory
- Run and customize account reports
- Assist with documentation requests
- Assist with other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- OEM / Customer Portal experience helpful but not required
- AS400 familiarity a plus but not required
- Excel / Outlook / Word
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi task
- Steel Industry experience helpful but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
