OVERVIEW
Roth, a Sodexo Company, provides nationwide HVAC, roofing, facility automation, and command center services. The Account Manager I manages client relationships, handles escalations, coordinates daily service activities, and supports profitability and performance reporting.
*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*
Client Relationship & Service Coordination
- Act as the primary point of escalation during and after business hours.
- Manage day-to-day work order activity and ensure service expectations are met.
- Lead client conference calls, Quarterly/Annual Business Reviews, and follow-up actions.
- Maintain updated client contact info and communicate real-time service updates.
Operational & Administrative Duties
- Monitor high-priority/open work orders in a 24/7/365 environment.
- Professionally handle incoming service requests (phone, email, systems).
- Apply client contracts, SLA/KPI requirements, and ensure compliance.
- Assist with contract anniversaries, change orders, and account growth opportunities.
- Support team members during absences or overflow workloads.
Financial & Reporting Responsibilities
- Provide insights on client profit/loss and help adjust operational budgets.
- Review accounts receivable and follow processes to meet collection goals.
- Generate and analyze reports to benchmark client performance.
Collaboration & Problem Solving
- Work closely with multiple internal departments.
- Research and resolve client or service issues using available resources.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and client experience.
*QUALIFICATIONS*
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- ≥2 years of account coordination or facilities-related experience.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Professional demeanor, good judgment, and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related systems.
- Customer service or service industry experience preferred.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
*WORKING CONDITIONS*
- Office-based role with standard sedentary tasks.
- May require evening/weekend shifts depending on client needs.
