Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to established standards.
- Maintain impeccable floor care by vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, linens, and supplies to enhance guest comfort.
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and safety.
- Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures, including the use of industrial cleaning equipment when necessary.
- Assist with laundry duties, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
- Support housekeeping management by helping coordinate daily cleaning schedules and special projects.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning equipment.
- Previous hotel experience or custodial background preferred; familiarity with hospitality standards is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks throughout shifts.
