Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated BDC Sales Representative – Online Sales Agent to join our energetic sales team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, engaging with them through various channels to generate leads, nurture relationships, and drive high-end automotive sales. Your enthusiasm, communication skills, and ability to manage a robust sales pipeline will help turn online inquiries into successful deal closures. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your outside sales experience, negotiation skills, and customer service expertise in a fast-paced environment dedicated to exceeding client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to online inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing detailed information about vehicle inventory and financing options.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline by proactively reaching out to potential customers through outbound calls and follow-up communications.
- Engage in B2B (business-to-business) sales efforts by establishing relationships with corporate clients and fleet buyers.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, update lead statuses, and manage follow-ups efficiently.
- Conduct high-end sales negotiations to close deals while upselling additional products or services that enhance customer satisfaction.
- Support the dealership’s marketing initiatives by promoting special offers and new vehicle arrivals through various outreach methods.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to optimize inventory management, deal closing strategies, and overall sales support efforts.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, public speaking skills, and organizational abilities to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through deal closing.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive industry sales or retail sales with a focus on outbound sales or passenger car sales.
- Familiarity with CRM software and inventory management systems; previous dealership experience is helpful, but not required.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases.
- Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and public speaking capabilities.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with an aptitude for managing a busy sales pipeline efficiently.
