Perform repairs and maintenance across multiple trades, including:
Light electrical work and wiring as needed
Plastering and patching
Cement work and concrete repairs
General building repairs and restorations
Lift/manual hoist repair and maintenance
Welding and metal fabrication basics
Diagnose issues, plan solutions, and execute repairs with quality and safety in mind Inspect, test, and document work completed Communicate clearly with supervisors and teammates
NYC valet garage company is searching for repair technicians to join their team.
Requirements:
Proven hands-on experience in at least several of the following:
- Basic electrical repairs (circuits, outlets, lighting) and safe electrical practices
- Plastering and patching walls
- Concrete work (pouring, finishing, patching)
- General carpentry and mechanical repairs
- Lift or hoist maintenance and repair knowledge (familiarity with common systems)
- Welding experience not required
- Safety-conscious with knowledge safe work practices
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to perform a range of tasks
- Valid driver's license
