Job Description
We are currently seeking a driven and customer-focused Business Development Representative / Service Advisor to join our team in the automotive industry. This full-time role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and has a passion for vehicles and customer service.
As a BDR/Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers—helping schedule service appointments, recommending automotive services, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule vehicle service appointments
- Follow up with customers to confirm appointments, provide updates, and promote additional services
- Greet walk-in customers and provide top-tier service in person
- Communicate service recommendations clearly and accurately
- Coordinate with service technicians to relay accurate timelines and cost estimates to customers
- Maintain customer records and track interactions using our CRM system
- Achieve service and sales goals through upselling and customer retention strategies
- Support daily service operations, including administrative tasks and reporting
Qualifications
- Prior experience in an automotive service advisor, sales, or BDC role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of automotive services and maintenance a plus (training available)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable using computer systems and phone systems
- Ability to work Monday – Friday with one Saturday a month
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus, but not required
