Project Manager/Estimator

Elements Manufacturing is positioning itself for future growth and long term success. We are seeking a highly motivated, results oriented and experienced Project Manager/Estimator to join our team and assist with managing the successful execution of our projects.
Job Summary:
The Project Manager role is responsible for project management and competitive commercial estimating. This role requires an experienced project manager who understands the flow of a commercial project, cabinet fabrication, and installation. Key functions include managing the day-to-day tasks of a commercial cabinet project, estimating, and providing competitive bids in the pursuit of contracting commercial jobs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of commercial cabinet projects, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
- Perform competitive commercial estimating and provide bids in the pursuit of contracting new jobs.
- Create, organize and track project submittals, documentation and drawings.
- Communicate directly with clients, general contractors (GCs), and internal and external team members to coordinate project needs.
- Track project information, progress and steps in our ERP (INNERGY).
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Project Manager or Coordinator in commercial millwork or related construction is required.
- Understanding the flow of a commercial project, cabinet fabrication, and installation.
- Proficient in intermediate computer skills.
- Self motivated and results driven.

- Proficient in computer skills including:
- Microsoft outlook, office and file explorer management
- PDF Management and editing
- Google Suite
- ERP or Project Management Tools - ie. INNERGY, Procore, Autodesk
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and resourcefulness
- Team work and collaboration
