Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their shopping experience
- Assist customers in selecting jewelry pieces, explaining features, and demonstrating product details through engaging demos
- Upsell complementary products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments
- Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure jewelry is well-stocked and organized on the sales floor
- Stock shelves, manage inventory levels, and assist with product replenishment to keep the store inviting and well-presented
- Use phone etiquette skills to answer inquiries professionally and direct calls appropriately
Requirements
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math for accurate transactions
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers about jewelry features and care
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Experience with merchandising, stocking, and maintaining store displays
- Professional phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries courteously
