We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead One Year Old Teacher to join our educational team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
- Lead classroom activities.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive behavior management techniques suitable for students with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to discuss student progress, share strategies for at-home support, and foster strong parent-teacher partnerships.
- Mentor and supervise teaching staff or assistants, providing guidance on curriculum development, classroom management, and best practices.
Position hours are 7 am - 2 pm.
