Project Manager - field services such as Swing Stages and Mast Climbers

This role will be responsible for ensuring that our swing stage and mast climber installation/dismantle jobs are done properly. This role will ensure all billing is taken care of. This project manager will work with the customer, along with Goedecke sales, billing and field personnel to ensure successful projects.
No more nights or weekends! Monday thru Friday 7:00 am to 4:00PM

Responsibilities:
Contract Management
Construction Project Management (E&D)
Manage all project resources: Time, Budget, Personnel
Billing / Schedule of Values Mgmt.
Skills:
Good communication skills
Good technical skills
Background in construction project management
Construction contract review
Organized!!
Critical path scheduling
Tools:
Experience using a quality project management tool like Microsoft project, Premavera, etc
Proficient in Word, Acrobat, Excel
