About the Role
Join Hawaii's fastest-growing junk removal team! You'll start as a Navigator working alongside experienced Team Leads, learning customer interactions, pricing, and efficient operations. This is demanding work. Hours can be long—12-hour days are not uncommon—but for those willing to put in the effort, the earning potential and career growth are real.
What You'll Do
- Conduct professional on-site assessments and present pricing confidently
- Perform safe removal of household items, furniture, appliances, and debris
- Sort materials for recycling, donation, and proper disposal
- Build customer relationships and collect reviews
- Support marketing efforts: yard signs, door hangers, before/after photos

Requirements
- Valid Hawaii driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly and work long shifts
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Smartphone for job tracking and photos
Preferred
- Experience in junk removal, moving, landscaping, or construction
- Sales or customer service background
- Knowledge of Oahu geography
