Your job requirements will be to directly support the store's General Manager by assisting in the following responsibilities:
- Must have a valid drivers license and a vehicle to perform daily banking duties
- Writing Schedules
- Performing Weekly Inventory Counts
- Interviewing and Human Resource related
- Auditing Daily Reports
- Interviewing, Hiring, and Disciplining Employees Not Following Company Guidelines
These along with your daily shift management responsibilities will allow you to have a greater impact on the store's success, and position you for a quick promotion into General Management!
