This position is primarily responsible for providing support on a broad range of human resources activities and projects. Additionally, this person is responsible to greet all visitors and employees that visit United Home Care, through the 400A entrance, receive all merchandise, unpacking, mark/ trend merchandise, stock shelves, and place orders to restock. This person must be customer service oriented and able and willing to assist the HHA's with their business needs.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for preparation of new hire packets ( Full-time & Per-diem)
2. Updates employee information in the system.
3. Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources team.
4. Assist with processing of terminations.
5. Assist with employee file audits.
6. Review invoices.
7. Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
8. Assist with determining employee in-services (training) and liaise with internal resources to oversee its delivery and completion.
9. Support with preparation of materials for company events.
10. Participates in agency wide performance improvement activities
11. Accept delivered packages and ensure proper amount is inside, and sign invoice.
12. Mark / Trend Replenish items from stock room/offsite warehouse and place them in the correct cabinet.
13. Issues gloves to all Home Health Aides and advise when additional gloves should be ordered.
14. Call Home Health Aides for their in-services and car insurances and receive copies.
15. Performs other related duties as required.

Pay: $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
