Location: San Diego, CA (92126)
Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
Pay: $22.00-$23.00/hour
Hours: 37 hours/week
About the Position
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Showroom Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our San Diego team. This position combines showroom customer service, sales support, scheduling, administrative responsibilities, and product education.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly with customers, managing multiple priorities, answering phones and inquiries, and helping customers understand our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
- Schedule appointments and coordinate customer follow-ups
- Provide customers with basic product information and education
- Assist with preparing quotes and sales-related documentation
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, appointments, and quotes
- Maintain accurate customer information and records
- Support the sales team with administrative and customer service needs
- Help keep the showroom organized, professional, and customer-ready
- Communicate customer needs and project details to the appropriate team members
- Provide a positive and professional customer experience from initial inquiry through follow-up
- Take payments over the phone and be comfortable handling confidential billing information
- Finalize, send and place orders utilizing Panda Doc software
Qualifications
- Customer service, showroom, sales, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Organized and dependable with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable answering phones and communicating with customers
- Ability to learn and confidently explain products and services
- Basic computer and administrative skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a customer-facing environment
- Sales experience is a plus
- Comfortable working independently and managing the showroom operations on Saturdays
- Comfortable working in a close-knit, two-person office environment and collaborating directly with a supervisor
Compensation & Benefits
$22.00-$23.00/hour | 37 hours per week
Tuesday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
