We are a well established real estate development and construction organization with a strong presence across the Southeastern United States is seeking a Lead Superintendent to oversee field operations for major multifamily projects in the Charleston market. This is a key site leadership role for someone who takes pride in building high quality communities and leading teams with clarity and confidence.

What You Will Do
Provide full on site leadership for all phases of construction from site work through final completion
Manage daily coordination with trade partners field staff and project leadership
Maintain strict quality standards and ensure all work meets plans specifications and safety requirements
Oversee site logistics scheduling inspections and daily reporting
Identify challenges early and work with internal teams to resolve issues quickly
Foster a positive team culture built on communication accountability and professionalism
Ensure that the project stays aligned with the overall schedule budget and design intent
What You Bring
Proven experience as a Superintendent leading ground up multifamily or commercial projects
Strong understanding of construction means methods and sequencing
Ability to lead motivate and communicate clearly with field teams and trade partners
Strong problem solving skills and a proactive approach to site management
Knowledge of building codes inspections safety practices and industry standards
Proficiency with construction management and reporting software
