What You'll Do
Client Experience & Sales
- Greet and guide members through sauna, cold plunge, infrared, red light, and compression sessions
- Learn and explain the benefits of each therapy — recommend based on goals or preferences
- Ensure a welcoming, calm, and professional atmosphere
- Support service upgrades and retail sales with confidence
Facility & Admin
- Open and close the space
- Clean and reset equipment (saunas, cold plunge, etc.) to meet health and safety standards
- Manage bookings, scheduling, and basic POS transactions
- Monitor sessions for safety, proper use, and an excellent overall experience
- Monitor and restock supplies
What You Bring
- People-first mindset — warm, professional, and proactive
- Detail-oriented — takes pride in cleanliness and smooth operations
- Friendly communicator who listens well and explains clearly
- Tech-savvy enough to use booking software and manage simple admin
- Comfortable doing light physical work (lifting supplies and light equipment, wiping surfaces, etc.)
- Experience in wellness, hospitality, fitness, or customer service = bonus
- Knowledge of recovery therapies a plus — we’ll train the right person!
