Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently while ensuring all details are accurately managed.
- Provide personalized recommendations for local attractions, dining options, transportation, and activities to enhance guest stays.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly via phone, email, or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Coordinate reservations for restaurants, tours, transportation, and other services to meet guest preferences.
- Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, preferences, and special requests to ensure a seamless experience throughout their stay.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel departments to address guest needs quickly and effectively.
Skills
- Multilingual fluency in English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with diverse guests.
- Previous hotel or resort experience highly preferred; familiarity with front desk operations is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to assist others.
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods.
- Knowledge of hospitality standards, including guest relations and hospitality best practices.
