Austill's has an immediate part-time opportunity for a Licensed Behavior Therapist to work with school-age students in Doylestown, PA, for ESY with possible 26-27 school year opportunities (1099)

BCBA Essential Functions
- Supervises and develops Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment programs in accordance with Company policies and procedures, BACB guidelines, and state laws and regulations.
- Supervises technicians/ABA therapists implementing behavior treatment programs.
- Conducts Functional Behavior Assessments and develops Positive Behavior Support plans compliant with guidance from the contracting agency.
- Provides leadership and guidance in the implementation of Positive Behavior Support Plans with fidelity.
- Trains teachers and classroom staff on implementing individual and classroom-wide strategies and interventions.
- Supports parent training as a part of the team to facilitate the use of appropriate and supportive ABA strategies within home and community settings.
Qualifications:
1. A master's degree in a related field is required (applied behavior analysis, special education, psychology, family counseling, social work) specialist, certified registered nurse practitioner, AND
2. Must be certified as a BCBA through the BACB OR licensed behavior specialist with the PA State Board of Medicine, AND
3. Minimum of 2 years of ABA or behavioral field experience with at least 1-year experience as a Behavior Analyst or Specialist, AND
4. All Company required staff file requirements (valid PA Driver's license), including all required clearances, AND
