Location: Houston, TX (In-Person)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Position Overview
We are currently seeking a full-time USCIS Legal Assistant to support our attorneys in preparing and filing family-based immigration applications. The ideal candidate must be bilingual (English and Spanish), detail-oriented, and comfortable working with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare USCIS applications for adjustment of status, consular processing, and related petitions
- Draft hardship letters and affidavits for I-601, I-601A, and related waivers
- Prepare VAWA applications as assigned
- Meet with clients daily to collect information and documentation
- Submit completed application packets to the attorney for final review
- Maintain case files and track case progress
- Communicate with clients clearly and compassionately in both English and Spanish
Qualifications
- Spanish and English fluency (written and spoken) required
- Strong writing skills are essential
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks at once
- No prior legal experience required, though preferred
- Interest in immigration law and helping immigrant families is a plus
