Unlimited Potential Rehab & Wellness is a private, cash pay only practice, looking for a compassionate and highly skilled Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) to provide mobile, in-home lymphatic and oncology support services throughout San Diego County- but keeping you close to home so you aren't traveling all over the county.
This role is ideal for a therapist who values personalized 1-on-1 care and wants the flexibility of mobile practice while making a meaningful impact in the lives of oncology and post-surgical patients.
Pay: $150 for 90 minute evaluations, $100/hour treatments.
Charting: Evals take 10-15 minutes to write up, SOAP notes take 2-5 minutes to complete.
Services May Include:
- Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)
- Lymphedema management
- Post-surgical swelling support
- Compression garment education
- Oncology rehabilitation support
- Mobility, strength, and wellness-based treatment
- Patient and caregiver education

Qualifications:
- Active California PT, license/certification (as applicable)
- CLT certification preferred
- Experience working with oncology and/or post-surgical patients preferred
- Comfortable working independently in home settings
- Strong communication and bedside manner
- Reliable transportation
Pay: $100.00 - $150.00 per hour
