The Concord Municipal Light Plant (CMLP) is hiring a full-time Customer Services Specialist. This specialist position is part of the team that provides exceptional customer service to Concord municipal electric, water/sewer, and telecommunication customers in person, on the phone, and via email in a fast-paced and exciting work environment.

This is a full-time, on-site position with a regular schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Occasional evening, weekend, emergency, and storm response coverage is required. The Town offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Starting salary range: $29.87 to $35.70 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
