Overview
Join our team as a Service Porter / Lot Attendant and be the first point of contact for our valued guests and customers. In this role, you will ensure the smooth flow of vehicle movement within our dealership lot, provide exceptional guest services, and support our sales and service teams with efficient vehicle handling. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment, making every guest feel appreciated and confident in their experience with us.
Duties
- Safely move, park, and retrieve vehicles within the dealership lot, ensuring proper placement according to parking guidelines.
- Assist guests with vehicle arrivals and departures, providing friendly and professional customer service at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized lot by removing debris and ensuring vehicles are presentable for showings or service appointments.
- Support the delivery process by transporting vehicles to designated areas or customer locations as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding vehicle status, lot conditions, and guest requests.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 21 to be considered.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving manual transmission vehicles is preferred.
- Prior experience in dealership operations, retail, or hospitality environments is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members.
- Ability to operate a variety of vehicles safely and confidently.
Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
