American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring an active MA RN license and prior L&D experience on a 13-week rotating day/night contract.

Labor & Delivery unit in a hospital setting
-
36-hour rotating schedule with day (7:00 AM–7:30 PM) and night (7:15 PM–7:15 AM) shifts based on unit needs
-
Every other weekend required

Rotating holiday coverage required
-
Uses Epic for charting
-
Uses UKG/Kronos for timekeeping

Active MA RN license required — no pending or conditional licenses accepted

Current BLS certification from AHA only

NRP certification required (AHA, Red Cross, CHSF, or Military accepted)

MGB EFM certification required (AWHONN, 2-year renewal)

Prior Labor & Delivery experience required

2 professional references required

Flu vaccine required; no religious or medical exemptions accepted

Local candidates must have a permanent residence more than 60 miles from Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston to qualify for the standard travel rate

Parking is not validated at Boston-area locations; public parking rates range from $17–$22 daily
