The Care Manager Supervisor will report to the Program Manager at the Program Managers discretion but at least on a bi-weekly basis. Should the Program Manager require additional meetings the Care Manager will make themselves available when a reasonable notice is given.
Position Requirements:
- Successful completion of CANS testing on an annual basis
- Applicable Department of Health trainings/requirements
- Applicable vendor and other government trainings/requirements
- Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm, no nights, no weekends.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, Education, Social Work or related field
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services or related field
- 3-5 years experience in providing Care Management Services, school based, or related experience.
- 1-2 years experience in a supervisory role
- Experience in detailed communication, organization, and oversight
- Experience in New York State Early Intervention Program preferred
- Basic computer skills (Windows, Adobe Acrobat, Word, Excel)
- Travel is required, you must have a valid driver's license.
