Rehability is an independently owned outpatient rehabilitation practice in Spring Hill, FL, seeking a compassionate and dependable PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team.
At Rehability, you'll work alongside experienced physical and occupational therapists, prosthetists/orthotists, and a supportive administrative team in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. We emphasize one-on-one care and helping our patients achieve the highest level of function and independence.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Implement individualized treatment plans and therapeutic exercises.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and treatment goals.
- Complete timely, accurate documentation.
- Maintain a safe, professional, and compassionate treatment environment.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Current Florida PTA license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for providing exceptional patient care.
- Previous outpatient experience is a plus, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
