This is a hands-on skilled trade role for people who enjoy working outdoors, starting early, following clear processes, and building impressive event spaces as part of a coordinated team.
What You’ll Do
- Install and remove tents, flooring, staging, and event equipment
- Load, secure, transport, and maintain equipment and tools
- Operate company trucks, trailers, and select job-site equipment
- Follow safety standards and step-by-step installation procedures
- Work as part of a structured, high-performing team
- Represent the company professionally at event sites

Helpful experience (not required): construction, landscaping, moving/warehouse work, towing, or equipment operation.

Physical Requirements: Able to lift 50–75+ lbs repeatedly, work outdoors in all conditions, and maintain an active pace throughout the day. Early mornings, some weekends, and peak-season overtime required. Valid driver’s license required.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
