We are a growing property management and development company specializing in single-family homes throughout the Nashville area. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our long-term rental, and commercial portfolio while providing occasional administrative support to the owner and assisting our short-term rental operations as needed. Job Summary
- Manage the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of single-family rental homes.
- Coordinate leasing activities, including scheduling and conducting property showings.
- Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and maintenance requests while providing excellent customer service.
- Coordinate and follow up with the maintenance team and vendors to ensure repairs are completed efficiently.
- Conduct move-in, move-out, and periodic property inspections, documenting property conditions with detailed photos.
- Oversee lease renewals, notices, and tenant communications.
- Monitor property readiness, turnover timelines, and make-ready projects.
- Maintain accurate records and update property management software.
- Ensure company policies and lease terms are followed.
- Assist the Short-Term Rental Manager during busy periods.
- Assist with resolving guest concerns and ensuring properties are guest-ready.
- Assist the owner with administrative tasks as needed.
- Run occasional business or personal errands as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to help improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Previous property management, leasing, or real estate experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable handling tenant concerns and resolving issues professionally.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
- Proficient with basic computer programs and willing to learn new software.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
- Weekend availability for occasional property showings or urgent tenant/guest needs.
- Business Hours: 7am-4pm, with availability for after hours showings as needed.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
