Snow Plow Operators:

Operate snow plows and heavy machinery to clear snow and ice from roads, parking lots, and critical areas.

Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to changing situations.

Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues.

Sidewalk Crew Members:

Manually shovel snow from sidewalks and walkways, ensuring they are safe for pedestrians.

Apply salt and other de-icing materials to prevent ice buildup.

Coordinate with team members to ensure timely and effective snow removal in high-traffic areas.
Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license for Snow Plow Operators; experience operating heavy machinery preferred.

Physical stamina and ability to perform labor in cold and snowy conditions for Sidewalk Crew Members.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety for both roles.
