We are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate Therapy Assistant to join our team at NeuroActive Spine & Rehab Center. Our clinic is dedicated to providing innovative, neurologically focused therapies for children with developmental challenges, and we are seeking someone who is passionate about helping children reach their fullest potential.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in carrying out prescribed therapeutic exercises and activities for children with developmental and neurological challenges
- Help create and maintain a safe, engaging, and organized therapy environment
- Work collaboratively with practitioners and therapy staff to provide exceptional patient care
- Assist with clinic operations and administrative tasks, including answering phones when needed
- Support families by providing a positive and encouraging experience throughout their care
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with developmental delays, autism, special needs, or other pediatric neurological conditions
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Compassion, patience, and the ability to connect with children and families
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for pediatric rehabilitation, child development, and helping children succeed
