Read This Before Applying
This is a dual role. You will perform treatments as a Licensed Esthetician AND conduct in-person consultations where you assess the client, recommend a treatment plan, and confidently close the sale. We have hired estheticians who were too timid to hold a consultation, and salespeople who knew nothing about aesthetics. Neither works here. We need both skill sets in one person, and we will be testing for both during the interview process.
This is NOT an entry-level position. We provide training on our specific devices and protocols, but you must arrive with real esthetics experience. If you are newly licensed with little or no client experience, please do not apply.
What You Will Do
Consultation side:
- Conduct in-person consultations with new clients, assess their concerns, and recommend the right treatment plan
- Present pricing, packages, and memberships with confidence, and ask for the sale
- Handle price objections and hesitation with professionalism, never pressure
- Follow up with consultations that did not book to convert them
- Treatment side:
- Perform body sculpting treatments and clinical facials to our exact protocols
- Maintain a pristine, luxury-standard treatment environment
- Educate clients on post-care and keep them progressing through their plans
- Rebook clients and drive retention through excellent service
Requirements, Compensation & Schedule:
- Active Georgia Esthetician license (required, include your license number when applying)
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on esthetics experience with real clients in a spa, med spa, or clinical setting
- Proven comfort discussing pricing and closing sales; you must be able to give specific examples
- Confident, polished, and warm in front of a mature, discerning clientele
- Reliable: on time, every shift, no exceptions; our clients and team depend on it
- Positive attitude and professional energy; we protect our culture carefully
- Coachable and willing to learn our protocols and language exactly as trained, even if you have done things differently elsewhere
- $20 per hour based on experience, plus commission on treatment plans, packages, and memberships you sell
- Strong closers earn significantly above base; your consultation performance directly drives your income
- Part-time: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
- On-site in Alpharetta, GA

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

- Describe a time when you successfully closed a high-ticket sale (over $2,000). What was your approach, and how did you handle any objections from the client?
- Do you have experience selling in the med spa, aesthetics, wellness, beauty, or luxury services industry? If yes, briefly describe your experience and the types of treatments or services you sold.
- What has been your average closing rate in previous sales roles, and what do you believe is the key to turning a consultation into a closed sale?
- This role has a base hourly rate plus commission, with strong earning potential for top closers. Are you comfortable working in a commission-driven environment, and what are your monthly income goals?
- A client loves your consultation but says the price is out of her budget. Walk me through exactly how you would respond to keep her engaged and move toward a close.
