Who we are
We're an independent used car dealership in Gainesville with 70+ vehicles on our lot. We work hard, move fast, and take care of our customers. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to help us keep our lot sharp and our cars ready to sell. This isn't just a "move cars around" job — we need someone who actually gives a rip about how things look.
What you'll be doing every day
- Arrange and stage vehicles on the lot so everything looks clean and organized
- Take quality photos of inventory for online listings — presentation matters here
- Wash and vacuum vehicles to keep them show-ready
- Handle light mechanical work — bulbs, fuses, switches, fluids, wipers, tire pressure
- Note vehicle conditions and communicate updates to management
- Keep the lot itself clean — sweep, tidy, maintain a professional appearance
- Help add value to units before they hit the lot (light recon/prep work)
You're who we're looking for if...
- You show up on time and follow through without being reminded
- You take pride in how things look — a dirty or crooked car on the lot bothers you
- You can handle basic mechanical tasks without needing hand-holding
- You communicate clearly — if something's wrong with a car, you say so
- You've worked at a dealership, detailing shop, or auto repair shop before (preferred but not required)
- Valid driver's license with a clean record — you'll be moving vehicles daily
What you get
- $15 – $18/hour depending on experience
- Monday – Friday, some Saturdays
