We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and skilled Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing dental team. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering exceptional patient experiences while supporting an efficient clinical workflow.
Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures.

Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure operatories are fully stocked and ready for patient care.

Take digital X-rays, impressions, and intraoral photographs as permitted by state regulations.

Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment plans, and post-operative care.

Maintain accurate patient records using the practice management system.

Monitor, order, receive, and organize dental supplies and materials to ensure adequate inventory levels and minimize waste.

Maintain compliance with OSHA, CDC, and infection control standards, ensuring a safe environment for patients and staff.

Support daily workflow management by coordinating patient flow, assisting with scheduling efficiencies, and helping the clinical team stay on schedule.

Perform routine equipment maintenance checks and report repair needs promptly.

Collaborate with the dental team to promote high-quality patient care and continuous process improvement.
Qualifications:

Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license.

Current CPR/BLS certification.

Knowledge of OSHA regulations, infection prevention, and sterilization protocols.

Experience with digital radiography and electronic dental records preferred.

Strong organizational, inventory management, and multitasking skills.
